借助西部大开发和“两区”建设,宁夏清真食品产业体系初步形成,发展势头强劲,已成为在国内外有较强影响力的清真食品产业发展基地2013年,习近平总书记提出建设丝绸之路经济带的重要战略构想,为宁夏清真食品产业大发展带来前所未有的机遇。近年来,宁夏以清真肉制品、乳制品、休闲食品、食品添加剂及清真餐饮产业、服务业为主的多元清真食品产业体系初步形成,发展势头强劲,已成为在国内外有较强影响力的清真食品产业发展基地。
