现代民族餐饮空间设计需要集合当地的民族地域文化,同时还应该考虑到当地的自然环境,蒙古族是我国人口比较多的少数民族,其发展历史十分悠久,在成吉思汗时期达到了顶峰,正是在这漫长的发展历史中,蒙古族形成了独具特色的餐饮文化。本文主要通过对蒙古族文化与民族餐饮空间设计的关系的介绍,进而探讨了蒙古族文化在现代民族餐饮空间设计中的应用方法,希望有所帮助。
The design of modern national food and beverage space needs to gather the local ethnic and regional culture, and at the same time, the local natural environment should also be taken into consideration. As a minority nationality with a relatively large population in China, Mongolian ethnic group has a long history of development and reached its peak during Genghis Khan In this long history of development, Mongolian people formed a unique restaurant culture. This paper mainly introduces the relationship between the Mongolian culture and ethnic dining space design, and then explores the application of Mongolian culture in the design of modern ethnic dining space.
