在中等职业学校机械类专业的众多理论课程中,机械测量技术是一门实践性很强的理实一体化课程。在教学过程中,教师往往因为没有合适的教学载体或者没有足够多的测量工具导致课堂实践教学无法有效进行。通过对机械加工行业和企业检测岗位进行调研,选择合适的典型检测任务作为教学载体,能有效整合实践教学项目,合理安排课堂实验。实际教学中,通过选择生产中的典型工作任务、筛选质量控制中常用的检测量具、实施有效的课堂组织,对教学效果有很好的促进作用。
Among the many theoretical courses in mechanics of secondary vocational schools, mechanical measurement technology is a highly practical, hands-on, integrated curriculum. In the process of teaching, teachers often fail to effectively practice classroom teaching because there is no suitable teaching carrier or not enough measuring tools. Through surveying and testing the machining jobs in the machining industry and the enterprises, choosing suitable typical testing tasks as the teaching carrier can effectively integrate the practice teaching items and arrange the classroom experiments reasonably. In the actual teaching, by selecting the typical work tasks in production, screening the measuring tools commonly used in quality control, and implementing effective classroom organization, it has a good promotion effect on teaching.
