目的构建全科医生团队签约服务绩效考核指标体系,全面客观评价团队签约服务工作。方法主要采用问卷调查法、专家咨询法、层次分析法构建全科医生团队绩效考核指标体系,采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析。结果确定了一级考核指标5个、二级考核指标23个、三级考核指标55个。运用层次分析法确定指标权重,其中一级指标权重分配如下:团队建设0.188 2,签约服务0.150 4,基本医疗0.237 5,基本公卫0.239 8,效果评价0.184 1。结论明确了全科医生团队签约服务内容,有助于基层医疗卫生机构对全科医生签约服务做出全面客观评价,提高全科医生团队签约服务的效率和质量。
Objective To construct the index system of performance appraisal of general contractor team’s contract service and evaluate the team’s contract service objectively and objectively. Methods The questionnaire, expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process were used to construct the performance appraisal index system of general practitioner team, and SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis. The results identified a primary assessment indicators 5, 23 secondary assessment indicators, three assessment indicators 55. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of indicators, among which the weight of first-level indicators is distributed as follows: team building 0.188 2. signing service 0.150 4. basic medical care 0.237 5. basic public health 0.239 8. evaluation of effect 0.184 1. Conclusions The contents of the contract services of the GP team are clearly defined, which helps the primary health care institutions to make a comprehensive and objective assessment of the GP contracting services and improve the efficiency and quality of the GP contracting services.
