从形态特性、营养生长条件、分生孢子器及分生孢子产生和萌发条件四个方面研究松色二胞菌Diplodia pinea(Desm.)Kichx的生物学特性。该菌对营养生长条件要求不高,在1/2PDA培养基,温度25~26℃,相对湿度90%以上和pH5~6.5时生长最好。黑光灯和日光灯交替照射或全部黑光灯照射易产生分生孢子器和分生孢子,自然光下则难产生。温度24~26℃,相对湿度90%以上和pH6时利于产孢。诱导产生的分子孢子在清水中不能萌发,在1%的桔子晶水溶液中,25~26℃,pH6.5时萌发良好。越冬孢子于4月中下旬传播,5月中旬是发病盛期。
The biological characteristics of Diplodia pinea (Desm.) Kichx from four aspects of morphological characteristics, vegetative growth conditions, conidia and conidia production and germination conditions were studied. The bacteria on the requirements of vegetative growth conditions is not high, in 1 / 2PDA medium, the temperature 25 ~ 26 ℃, relative humidity above 90% and pH5 ~ 6.5, the best growth. Alternating black light and fluorescent lamps or black light irradiation is easy to produce conidia and conidia, the natural light is difficult to produce. Temperature 24 ~ 26 ℃, relative humidity above 90% and pH 6 is conducive to sporulation. The induced sporozoites could not germinate in water, and germinated well in 1% aqueous solution of orange crystals at 25 ~ 26 ℃, pH6.5. Overwintering spores spread in late April, mid-May is the peak incidence.
