P_(53)是与生长调节有关的蛋白,其野生型在功能上是肿瘤抑制基因,而其突变型则与ras基因一起起转变许多不同细胞系的显性致癌基因的作用。作者先前以免疫组化法研究晚期胃癌(侵及或超出固有肌层),发现P_(53)阳性率为57%,且P_(53)状态与确诊后生存期明显相关。作者后又对95例T_1胃癌和26例重度不典型增生标本行P_(53)免疫组化染色,研究胃癌发生及进展过程中P_(53)表达所起的可能作用,并与作者以前有关晚期胃癌的研究结果相比较。
P_ (53) is a protein involved in growth regulation. Its wild-type is functionally a tumor suppressor gene, while its mutant forms a dominant oncogene that transforms many different cell lines along with the ras gene. The authors previously used immunohistochemistry to study advanced gastric cancer (invading or exceeding the muscularis propria) and found that the positive rate of P_53 was 57%, and the P_53 status was significantly related to the survival time after diagnosis. The authors also performed immunohistochemical staining for P_53 in 95 cases of T_1 gastric cancer and 26 cases of severe dysplasia, and studied the possible role of P_53 expression in the development and progression of gastric cancer. The results of the study of gastric cancer are compared.
