稳定性试验是保证气体传感器工作性能可靠的一项关键试验。在实际的测试中,依据标准实施的试验方法多种多样,试验安全性、效率和准确性参差不齐。为此针对常用的不同气体类型的传感器和测定器,介绍了一种稳定性试验的方法。该方法依托通风橱柜、转子流量计及调节阀等构成的测试装置,可同时最多对4台气体传感器进行校验和检定,并可同时采集4路气体传感器信号输出,适用于各类甲烷、氧气等非腐蚀性气体传感器、测定器的型式试验及出厂检验,同时具有操作简便、适用范围广、试验安全性和效率显著提高的特点,为保证煤矿安全生产提供了有效的技术保障。
