为进一步探讨当归对脑缺血性中风的治疗原理,我们在流变学实验基础上又观察了当归对急性缺血性中风的甲皱微循环作用,并以低分子右旋糖酐(以下简称低右)为对照,进行分析比较,现报道如下: 对象与方法 对象 选择在我科住院的颈内动脉系统急性脑血栓患者共49例,病程均在1周之内,并按来院先后随机分组,其中当归组25例,男15例,女10例,平均年龄58.8岁;低右组24例,男15例,女9例,平均年龄59.5岁。所有病例均以南京会议的“急性脑血管病分类(试行草案)”为标准,临床确诊为颈内动脉系统脑血栓。49例均经脑脊液、三大常规、肝功能化验正常,并辅以心电图、血脂化验,个别病例作脑血管造
