随着六部委《关于公安院校公安专业人才招录培养制度改革的意见》的出台,我国公安教育工作又面临新的改革。这些改革意在提高警校生的入警比例,增强公安队伍的专业性,提升公安队伍的执法素养。这就给日益热络的警察意识增温不少,许多公安院校纷纷将警察意识的培养提上日程。由于种种原因,警察意识的培养又面临着诸多困境,本文以此为视角,界定何为警察意识,从而分析困境产生的原因,并逐一找到解决的对策和方法。
With the promulgation of the six ministries and commissions on the reform of public security professionals recruiting and training system in public security institutions, public security education in our country is facing new reforms. These reforms are intended to raise the proportion of police students entering the police, enhance the professionalism of the public security forces and enhance the quality of public security officers’ enforcement. This has given rise to a lot of heated police awareness and many police colleges and universities have put police awareness training on the agenda. Due to various reasons, police awareness training faces many difficulties. Based on this perspective, this article defines what it means to be a police officer, analyzes the causes of the dilemma, and finds out the solutions and methods one by one.
