我曾有一个下属,年轻且聪明,被公司列为重点培养对象,却经常犯一些低级错误——发邮件不贴附件、给客户的方案里频繁出现错别字、开会时精力不济打瞌睡。被我多次批评后,他十分委屈,提出了辞职报告,反问我:“你难道从来没有注意过,我每次发给你的邮件都是半夜一两点写的吗?我每天都工作到半夜两三点才睡觉!”我十分诧异,按照他的工作量正常下班都是可以保证的,为什么每天半夜还在工作?再三追问下,他终于承认——看过一些职场秘籍,如果半夜给老板发邮件,能体现出自己工作辛苦,任劳任怨,能获得老板的赏识。我很遗憾,一个聪明的年轻人,却反被“聪明”误导了。
