采用整体熔炼法在1Cr13低碳马氏体不锈钢中添加3%Cu和1%Mo制备试样,试样经锻后退火及不同的热处理后,测试其抗菌性、硬度,并进行显微组织观察。结果表明:铜和钼的加入能显著提高不锈钢的硬度;1Cr13Cu3Mo的硬度随淬火温度升高先增大后减小;回火后,随回火温度的升高,硬度和抗菌率均呈先增大后减小的趋势;1Cr13Cu3Mo经1100℃×20 min,淬火+450℃×2 h,回火后,综合性能最好。
The samples were prepared by adding 3% Cu and 1% Mo into the 1Cr13 low-carbon martensitic stainless steel by the whole melting method. The samples were forgaved after annealing and different heat treatments to test their antimicrobial activity and hardness, and the microstructure was observed . The results show that the hardness of 1Cr13Cu3Mo increases first and then decreases with the increase of quenching temperature after the addition of copper and molybdenum. After tempering, the hardness and antibacterial rate increase first after the tempering temperature increases The trend of 1Cr13Cu3Mo after 1100 ℃ × 20 min, quenching +450 ℃ × 2 h, after tempering, the best overall performance.
