以一种类似地层中蠕虫状无孔多胞孢的现代真菌孢子Corynesporafoveolatum菌孢(竹棒孢)为样品,研究了地层中同类菌孢的原生烷烃生物标志物及其热解生烃特征。实验结果表明 ,Corynesporafoveolatum菌孢原生烃类烷烃组分主要由正构烷烃组成 ,并以nC29为主峰碳 ,nC29占正烷烃总量的42 8 %。除含量不高的植烷和姥鲛烷外,几乎不含异构烷烃和烯烃 ,烷基苯和烷基环己烷的含量也极低。Corynesporafoveolatum菌孢热解生烃 ,在未—低成熟阶段 ,以高碳数正烷烃为主 ,仍保持了原生烷烃的特征 ;但C17、C19和C20烯烃组分明显增加。检出了一组C17和C20的二环萜烷同分异构体 ,其中一个化合物可能是半日花烷。C28甾烯和甾二烯在甾烯化合物中占优势 ,这一点和Alternaria菌孢类似 ,而与盘星藻及陆生植物花粉不同。在正常成熟阶段 ,以低碳数正烷烃为主。Corynesporafoveo latum菌孢和Alternaria菌孢(细链格孢 ,无孔多胞孢的一个不同种)相比 ,原生烃组成与未—低成熟阶段生烃特征有很大不同
A similar strain of Corynepora foveolatum (Corynebacterium parvum), a non-porous, multicellular spores-like fungus, was used as a sample to study the native alkane biomarkers of the same species in the stratigraphy and their hydrocarbon generation characteristics. The experimental results showed that the primary alkane components of Corynespora foveolatum mainly consisted of n-alkanes, with nC29 as the main peak carbon and nC29 as 428% of the total n-alkanes. In addition to the low levels of phytane and pristane, they are virtually free of isoparaffins and olefins, and also have very low levels of alkylbenzenes and alkylcyclohexanes. Corynespora foveolatum thermophilic hydrocarbon generation, in the non - low maturity stage, mainly high-carbon n-alkanes, still maintain the characteristics of native alkanes; but C17, C19 and C20 olefin components increased significantly. A group of bicyclic terpenoid isomers of C17 and C20 were detected, one of which may be hemi-naphthalene. C28 steroidal and steroidal dienes predominate in the steroidal compounds, similar to Alternaria spores, but unlike pollen of discoid and terrestrial plants.
