我馆现用库房修建于1982年,建筑面积为1032平方米,座北朝南,钢筋混凝土结构,三层楼。库房南面夹走廊的外墙,由于当时修建的失误,窗户开的较大。我们初步计算了一下,外墙窗户面积占墙壁面积的49.7%;加上屋顶平顶而的太阳幅射,在高温季节,库房内的温度较高,特别是三楼的温度较高。笔者对1988年最高温度的七、八、九三月三楼库房的温度记载进行了统计,三月平均温度为31.3℃,大大超过档案库房保管档案的最适宜的温度。根据这一情况,我们在资金有限的条件下,采取了一系列的措施来调节库房内的温度。
