Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of HLADR antigen in peripheral blood T lymphocytes from human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection and renal allograft rejection. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect normal renal function in 10 cases, chronic rejection without CMV infection (serum creatinine 200 ~ 500μmol / L) in 8 cases, CMV active infection in 6 cases, control group, 6 cases in 4 groups HLADR antigen expression. Results: The expression of HLADRCD8 + cells in rejection group and active infection group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in the expression of CD4 + cells between the four groups and the upregulation of CD4 + / CD8 + ratio in HCMV infection group. Conclusion: CD8 + plays an important role in anti-viral immunity. HCMV can also induce T lymphocyte activation, participate in immune response and induce rejection.
