目的 :观察脂清冲剂对实验性高脂家兔血脂及血清 MDA的影响。方法 :采用食饵性高脂家兔模型研究脂清冲剂对脂质代谢、脂质过氧化的影响。结果 :脂清冲剂可降低高脂饲料 1 3周家兔的血清甘油三酯 ( TG)、总胆固醇 ( TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( LDL- C)以及丙二醛 ( MDA)的含量 ,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( HDL- C)的含量。结论 :脂清冲剂对实验性高脂家兔的血清脂质及 MDA产生有益的影响
Objective: To observe the effect of Zhiqing powder on blood lipid and serum MDA in experimental hyperlipidemia rabbits. Methods: The effect of Zhiqing powder on lipid metabolism and lipid peroxidation was studied using a prey-fat high-fat rabbit model. RESULTS: Zhiqing Granules could reduce serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in high-fat diets for 1 week. Improve high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels. Conclusion :Zhiqing Granules have a beneficial effect on serum lipids and MDA in experimental high-fat rabbits
