目的研究对比不同护理干预方法在糖尿病足患者护理中的临床应用效果。方法在统计学原理下将我院2014年9月至2015年9月收治的糖尿病足患者78例作为本次研究活动的对象。并将其分为例数均等的对照组和观察组。两组患者在治疗措施相同的基础上,给予对照组常规化的护理干预措施,观察组患者实行综合护理干预模式。对比两组患者临床护理效果。结果护理结果表明,观察组患者护理有效率明显高于对照组,数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病足患者治疗的过程中,予以其综合护理干预模式,可有效提高临床护理有效率,有利于促进患者康复,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of different nursing interventions in the care of diabetic foot patients. Methods According to the principle of statistics, 78 patients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the research objects. And divided into equal number of cases of control group and observation group. On the basis of the same treatment measures, the two groups of patients were given the routine nursing interventions in the control group and the comprehensive nursing intervention mode in the observation group. Compare the clinical nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results Nursing results showed that the effective rate of nursing care in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the data was in good agreement with statistics (P <0.05). Conclusion In the course of treatment of patients with diabetic foot, comprehensive nursing intervention mode is given, which can effectively improve the efficiency of clinical nursing, promote the rehabilitation of patients, and can be popularized and applied clinically.
