研究主要采用实验法和问卷调查法,以普通本科和体育教育专业大学生为研究对象对变换情景法的教学效果进行研究,结果表明:课后普通学生实验组在耐力素质和肺活量指标上与对照组呈显著差异,女生专业组在耐力素质上实验组与对照组有显著差异;其更易消除学生的心理“畏惧”感和心理疲劳,能转移学生疲劳的注意力;大多数学生对变换情景法更感兴趣。
