一名中东的用户提出了一个有些“古怪”的建议——能不能在直播中把自己的脸遮住,或者换成一张图片?直播却只希望被听到声音,而不想被看到,那和广播有什么区别?结果发现许多中东的高消费用户和主播,的确是不露脸的。不只是女性,包括对男性用户来说,当地的文化习惯都是不愿意暴露自己的形象。而这只是文化特异性的冰山一角:不同文化区域的用户,能够把同一款产品玩出不同的属性来。应用出海并不是新鲜事,但出海并非目的,在海外真正落地和发展才是。早期出海的应用大多数是工具类的,主打产品的通用性,并不太强调本地化。
