利用荧光原位杂交和染色体C-分带技术,对普通小麦-华山新麦草的异附加系进行了研究。荧光原位杂交结果显示:异附加系H9015-17-1-9,H9017-14-16-5都附加有2条华山新麦草的染色体。对这2个材料和华山新麦草进行染色体C-分带带型比较,初步推断,H9015-17-1-9附加的是Nh5染色体,H9017-14-16-5附加的是Nh6染色体。
By using fluorescence in situ hybridization and chromosome C-banding technique, the alien addition lines of common wheat-huashanica were studied. Fluorescence in situ hybridization results showed that: alloplasmic addition lines H9015-17-1-9, H9017-14-16-5 are attached to two P. huashanica chromosomes. Comparison of the C-banding patterns between these two materials and P. huashanica showed that H9015-17-1-9 added Nh5 chromosome and H9017-14-16-5 added Nh6 chromosome.
