在高科技局部战争中提高空军场站医院卫勤保障能力的探讨

未来局部战争中,空军场站医院卫勤保障的特点将是现场救治和空运后送量大,伤情复杂,救治工作涉及面广。要求卫勤系统准备周密、反应快速,有防治核化生武器伤的能力,有充分后送伤员的能力,有协调上级及友邻单位共同工作的能力。空军场站医院卫勤保障工作应该从人力、物力、组织指挥三个方面筹划对策,不可偏废。首先应加强对人员的配置及训练,提高其专业技术能力。加大本科以上人员的配置比例,选派人员外出深造,有针对性地组织技术交流活动,加强专业技术再教育。定期组织卫勤保障演练,扩增专业人员的经验。在训练体制上要规范化、制度化,有针对性地开展。第二,加大卫勤保障研究的力度,掌握空军的特点,不可照搬陆军卫勤保障配置、组织指挥、装备及机动保障的经验。对三军联勤后的卫勤工作组织协调也应研究。第三,加快新型卫勤装备的研制速度,使新装备具有轻便、多功能、机动性强,提高我军卫勤装备的技术保障性能,优先装备重点方向的场站医院,不断试行改进。 In the future local wars, the characteristics of medical support for hospitals in the Air Force Field Station will be large-scale on-site treatment and large amount of evacuation by air, complicated injuries and extensive treatment work. Air Force Field Hospital medical support should be from the human, material, organizational and command three aspects of planning strategies, can not be neglected. First of all, the deployment and training of personnel should be strengthened so as to enhance their professional and technical capabilities. Increase the allocation of personnel above the undergraduate level, select personnel to go abroad for further study, organize the technical exchange activities in a targeted manner, and strengthen the professional and technical re-education. Regularly organize medical support drills to expand the professional experience. In the training system should be standardized, institutionalized and targeted manner. Second, we should increase the intensity of medical and health security research and grasp the characteristics of the Air Force. We must not copy the experience of the Army’s medical and health security configuration, organization and command, equipment and mobility support. The organization and coordination of medical service after joint service of the three armed forces should also be studied. Thirdly, we should speed up the development of new medical equipment, make the new equipment portable, multi-functional and highly mobile. We will improve the technical support performance of our military medical equipment and give priority to the field hospital that is equipped with key directions. We will try our best to improve it.
