Bosch公司自1987年以来已经生产用滑套控制喷油量的电子控制柴油机分配式喷油泵。经过长期研究改进,开发出一种电磁阀控制的喷油泵。喷油泵系统由喷油泵、电磁阀及控制器组成,功能适应性更灵活。其突出的优点是在动态情况下,喷油量可以符合单次喷射的要求。同时可以对供油特性图谱上许多工况的单次供油量进行精确的修正。喷油定时选择与喷油速率选择互不干涉,甚至在起动转速下也能修正定时。 本文主要描述非直喷式柴油机的喷油系统,着重介绍喷油泵和电磁阀。
