通过加入两种不同层间距纳米有机蒙脱土(OMMT)在双螺杆挤出机上运用熔融共混方法制备尼龙(PA)1010/纳米CaCO3/OMMT三元纳米复合材料,以差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对PA1010纳米复合材料的非等温结晶行为和熔融行为进行研究,确定重要参数。结果发现,OMMT的加入促进了晶核的生成,同时提高了PA1010的结晶温度,使得结晶度提高。层间距小的OMMT会使PA1010纳米复合材料基体的结晶度增加,熔点下降,熔融峰向低温区偏移,结晶更加完善。
Nylon (PA) 1010 / nano-CaCO 3 / OMMT ternary nanocomposites were prepared by the melt blending method by adding two different layers of nano-OMMT on the twin-screw extruder. (DSC) The non-isothermal crystallization behavior and melting behavior of PA1010 nanocomposites were studied to determine the important parameters. The results showed that the addition of OMMT promoted the formation of nuclei, while increasing the crystallization temperature of PA1010, making the crystallinity increased. The interlayer spacing of small OMMT PA1010 nanocomposite matrix will increase the crystallinity, melting point decreased melting peak shift to the low temperature region, crystallization more perfect.
