以免疫细胞化学ABC法,观察多巴胺受体激动剂和桔抗剂对伤害性电刺激大鼠单侧后爪诱发的同侧腰段脊髓背角Fos阳性神经元的影响。发现伤害性电刺激诱发的Fos阳性神经元,多数位于同侧背角浅层,排列密集,少数位于同侧背角深层,排列稀疏;腹腔注射多巴胺受体激动剂使同侧背角浅层和深层的Fos阳性神经元显著减少,而多巴胺二型受体拮抗剂能够完全阻断多巴胺受体激动剂的抑制作用。提示多巴胺受体参与脊髓水平伤害性信息传递的调控。
Immunocytochemical ABC method was used to observe the effect of dopamine receptor agonist and orange extract on Fos-positive neurons in ipsilateral lumbar dorsal horn induced by noxious electric stimulation in rats. Fos-positive neurons induced by noxious electrical stimulation were found in the superficial ipsilateral dorsal horn and arranged in a dense manner. A few were located in the dorsal ipsilateral dorsal horn and were sparsely arranged. Intraperitoneal injection of dopamine agonist resulted in the ipsilateral dorsal horn shallow and Depth of Fos-positive neurons decreased significantly, whereas dopamine type 2 receptor antagonists completely blocked the inhibitory effect of dopamine receptor agonists. Suggesting that dopamine receptors are involved in the regulation of nociceptive transmission of spinal cord.
