李吉林,全国著名特级教师,儿童教育家,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。曾当选为第七届、第八届全国人大代表(第七届主席团成员),荣获首批全国“五一”劳动奖章,全国劳动模范,全国“三八”红旗手(三次),全国“五讲四美,为人师表”优秀教师,全国优秀教育工作者等荣誉。1956年至今,李吉林一直任教于江苏南通师范第二附属小学。1978年开始探索情境教学,历经28年,创立了情境教学、情境教育、情境课程,构建了情境教育的理论框架和操作体系,成为我国素质教育的重要模式之一。李吉林现任江苏情境教育研究所所长,中国教育学会副会长,全国教育规划专家组成员,全国小学语文教学研究会副理事长,中国教育实验研究会副理事长,教育部中小学教材审查委员会委员,中央教科所兼职研究员,南京师范大学兼职教授等职。情境教育是教育部(国家教委)教育科学规划“八五”、“九五”、“十五”重点课题。这一研究成果曾连获全国首届、第二届教育科学优秀成果一等奖。李吉林先后出版《情境教学实验与研究》、《训练语言与发展智力》、《情境教学理论与实践》、《小学语文情境教学》、《情境教育的诗篇》等多部专著。
Li Jilin, a famous top-grade teacher and a child educator, enjoys special government allowances from the State Council. He was elected as the 7th and 8th National People’s Congress Representatives (the 7th Presidium) and won the first “May 1” Labor Medal, the national model worker, the “March 8” Hongqi Shou (three times), the national “ , As a teacher table ”outstanding teachers, the national outstanding educators and other honors. Since 1956, Li Jilin has been teaching at Nankong Normal Secondary Secondary School. In 1978, he began to explore situational teaching. After 28 years of establishing situational teaching, situational education and situational education, he established a theoretical framework and operating system of situational education and became one of the important modes of quality education in our country. Li Jilin is currently Director of Jiangsu Institute of Situational Education, Vice President of China Education Society, member of National Education Planning Expert Group, Vice Chairman of National Primary School Chinese Teaching Research Association, Vice Chairman of China Education Experimental Research Association, and Textbook Examination of Primary and Secondary Schools of Ministry of Education Committee, part-time researcher of the Central Institute of Education, part-time professor of Nanjing Normal University and other staff. Situational education is the key project of the Eighth, 5th and 10th Tenth Five-Year Plan of Education Science Plan of the Ministry of Education (State Education Commission). This research achievement has even won the first and second prize of outstanding achievement of education science in China. Li Jilin has published a number of monographs such as “Situational Teaching Experiment and Research”, “Training Language and Development Intelligence”, “Situational Teaching Theory and Practice”, “Primary Chinese Situational Teaching” and “Situational Education Psalm”.
