《英语课程标准》的核心理念是以人为本,强调在面向全体学生的同时,关注每个学生个体、尊重个体差异。但在实际教学中,差异较大的学生进入班级后接受的却是同一教学进度,这势必造成优等生吃不饱、中等生提不高、差等生跟不上的局面。为了在教学活动中充分体现“尊重个体差异”的新课程基本理念,我在课堂上尝试运用分层教学法,以学生学习程度的差异和心理特点为基础将他们分成不同的教学群体,为每一位学生提供充分施展才能的空间。
The core concept of “English Curriculum Standard” is people-oriented. It emphasizes that for all students, it should pay attention to individual students and respect individual differences. However, in the actual teaching, students who are different in different grades receive the same teaching schedule after they enter the class, which will inevitably result in a situation of unsatisfactory students and students who are not well educated, poorly educated, and poorly educated. In order to fully embody the new concept of “Respecting Individual Differences” in teaching activities, I try to use the method of layered teaching to classify students into different teaching groups on the basis of differences in students’ learning level and psychological characteristics, For each student to provide full display of space.
