回顾分析手术治疗高血压脑出血186例，静脉用洛赛克（Losec）在预防高血压脑出血术后应激性溃疡发生中的作用。通过卡方检验，认为静脉用洛赛克能够较好地预防高血压脑出血水后应激性溃疡的发生（P＜0．01），从而降低术后的死亡率（P＜0．05）。
Retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of 186 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, intravenous Losec in the prevention of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage postoperative stress ulcer in the role. By chi-square test, it is considered that intravenous injection of Losec can prevent the occurrence of stress ulcer (P <0.01) after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and reduce the postoperative mortality (P <0.05) .
