抽筋解除法:抽筋是游泳时经常发生的现象,多由肌肉受寒冷刺激或过度疲劳引起,常出现在小腿和足底。抽筋时拇趾或小腿回屈,疼痛难忍,若不及时处理,容易造成溺水等伤害事故。一旦抽筋,不要紧张,如小腿抽筋,可仰卧水面,膝关节伸直,用力扳动拇趾,使劲蹬小腿;如脚抽筋,可用力将足和趾背伸直。此外,可进行按摩(重推摩)、揉捏、叩打、点穴(点委中、承山、涌泉等穴位),以促使抽筋迅速缓解。
