据有关媒体报道,最近一些敏锐的投资客嗅到了日本房地产投资商机,处在邻国的日本成为了人们关注的重要市场之一。更有海外媒体报道预测,在接下来的两年内,将在日本掀起一股中国人炒房热。针对市民跨国投资,日本疑已触底的房价是否真是进场捡便宜的好机会了呢?有什么风险吗?为此笔者专程采访了日本温州总商会秘书长王平。
According to some media reports, some keen investors recently smelt the real estate investment opportunities in Japan. Japan, a neighboring country, has become one of the important markets where people are concerned. More overseas media reports predict that in the next two years, a Chinese real estate speculation will heat up. Is there any risk for the public to invest in multinationals? Is it really a good opportunity for Japan to find out whether the price has hit the bottom or not? What is the risk? For this reason, I made a special interview with Wang Ping, Secretary General of the Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce in Japan.
