在教学中,我们通常比较重视研究学生的个性差异,以便于因材施教,而对教师本身的个性心理特征却重视和研究得不够。事实上,教师的个性心理特征不仅清晰地表现在整个教学工作中,而且深刻地影响着学生的学习。 本文重点探讨在作文教学的命题、批改、评分、讲评四个环节中,教师的一些个性心理特征对学生产生的影响,供同行研究。 一、命题的个性心理特征 命题作文是中学语文教学中经常运用的重要形式,好的命题能引起学生的写作热情和兴趣,同时亦反映出不同教师各自不同的个性心理特征。这里举两种表现:
In teaching, we usually pay more attention to the study of student’s personality differences in order to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, but they pay less attention to the personality of the teacher.
