总结15年来应用包皮岛瓣尿道成形术一期治疗小儿尿道下裂患者109例的临床经验。方法:回顾性分析1995～2010年15年间施行的109例包皮岛瓣尿道形成术的手术效果及围手术期的处理要点。结果:一期手术成功97例,达89%;2例失败,10例出现尿瘘、尿道狭窄并发症。结论:带有血运的包皮岛瓣取材容易,新尿道成活率高。只要术者不断总结临床经验,手术一期成功率高,并发症少,术后功能和美容效果非常满意。
To summarize the clinical experience of 109 cases of pediatric hypospadias treated with preputial island flap urethroplasty in the past 15 years. Methods: The clinical effects and perioperative treatment of 109 cases of preputial island urethroplasty were retrospectively analyzed from 1995 to 2010. Results: The first operation was successful in 97 cases (89%). Two patients failed and 10 patients had complications of urinary fistula and urethral stricture. CONCLUSION: The preputial island flap with blood supply is easy to take and the survival rate of new urethra is high. As long as the surgeon constantly summarizes the clinical experience, a high success rate of surgery, fewer complications, postoperative functional and cosmetic results are very satisfied.
