作者对川白芷的采收、加工进行了实地调查,通过反相高效液相色谱法,对不同采收时间以及硫熏前后的川白芷中香豆素类成分进行了比较分析。同时,对硫熏前后川白芷的挥发油进行了含景测定,为川白芷的采收、加工的质量控制提供了科学依据。
The authors conducted a field survey on the harvesting and processing of Rhizoma Chuanxiong, and analyzed the coumarin components in Rhizoma Chuanxiong before and after sulfur extraction by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. At the same time, the observation of the essential oils before and after sulfur-smoke was carried out. This provided a scientific basis for the quality control of the harvesting and processing of C. chinensis.
