机床采用模块化结构具有很多优越性。一方面,机床可按加工工件复杂的程度进行设计;另一方面,根据这种思路,当变换模块时,机床就可按新的加工任务进行重新配置。在EMOHannover2005博览会的技术研讨会上,“模块化”专题组将就“未来的金属切削加工机床”课题进行探讨,并从三个切合实际的研究项目,列举出几个有关可变式机床的实例。
The modular structure of the machine has many advantages. On the one hand, the machine tool can be designed according to the complexity of the workpiece to be machined. On the other hand, according to this idea, when the module is changed, the machine tool can be reconfigured according to the new machining task. At the EMOHannover2005 Technology Conference, the “Modular” Task Force will discuss the topic “The Future of Metal Machining” and from three realistic research projects, several examples of variable machine tools .
