技工学校德育课程在培养学生良好的道德以及职业素养方面起着重要的作用,在预防未成年人犯罪和普及社会主义核心价值观中的作用是不可替代的。但是这一课程在传统的教学中大多采用“满堂灌”的方式,内容枯燥、乏味,学生易产生厌倦以及抵触情绪。因此,改变传统的教学方法,激发学生的学习兴趣,确保德育课发挥应有的作用,提高德育课的讲授效果势在必行。多媒体技术在技工学校教学中应用广泛,且取得了明显的实效。德育课程也希望通过多媒体技术的应用,切实提高学生的道德品质与职业素养,为企业培养德才兼备的员工做好服务。
The technical school moral education curriculum plays an important role in cultivating students’ good morality and professional accomplishment, and plays an irreplaceable role in preventing juvenile delinquency and popularizing the core values of socialism. However, most of the courses in the traditional teaching methods are “full house”, the content is boring, boring, students are prone to boredom and resistance. Therefore, it is imperative to change the traditional teaching methods, stimulate students’ interest in learning, ensure that moral education should play its due role and improve the teaching effect of moral education. Multimedia technology is widely used in teaching of technical schools and has achieved remarkable results. Moral education curriculum also hope that through the application of multimedia technology, and effectively improve the moral character and professionalism of students, for enterprises to cultivate the ability of both ability and political integrity of staff to do a good job.
