产业集群是地方发展经济的重要载体,地方政府在发展产业集群中,往往存在忽视经济发展的一般规律,无序竞争,造成资源浪费,不适应新型城镇发展的需要等问题,本文通过分析地方政府在推动产业集群发展过程中的一般途径和表现出的主要问题,分析原因,并建议界定好政府职能,提出了一系列对策措施。
