基于等离子喷涂Fe基合金涂层的研究成果,综述了等离子喷涂Fe基合金涂层的微观结构、力学性能、摩擦磨损性能和接触疲劳性能的基本情况,并对各项性能的影响因素、影响机制等作了分析。提出了相应的改善涂层性能的措施,以期为等离子喷涂制备高性能Fe基合金涂层提供指导。
