目的探讨产科感染的危险因素及预防手段。方法对３年间产科出院病历进行回顾性的统计分析。结果会阴侧切术造成的切口感染占产科各部位感染的首位，导尿术是造成剖宫产孕妇泌尿道感染高居不下的原因。结论严格的无菌操作技术和感染管理手段是预防产妇感染的关键。
Objective To explore the risk factors of obstetric infection and its preventive measures. Methods A retrospective statistical analysis of medical records of obstetric patients discharged within 3 years was conducted. Results perineal incision caused by incision infection occupies the first place of infection in all parts of obstetrics, catheterization is caused by cesarean section of pregnant women, urinary tract infections remain high. Conclusion Strict aseptic technique and infection management are the key to preventing maternal infection.
