随着计算机技术在企业中的广泛运用,企业中的商品进出多由计算机管理,由于管理不善、操作不当等原因造成了商品负库存的频繁出现,在超市零售业中尤为突出,账实不符给企业的经营决策带来了很大困扰。文章对超市零售业产生负库存的原因进行分析,并找到解决负库存的方法,以期为企业的经营决策提供帮助。
With the widespread use of computer technology in enterprises, the entry and exit of goods into and out of enterprises are mostly managed by computers. Due to the mismanagement and improper operation, the negative inventory of commodities frequently occurs, which is especially prominent in the supermarket retail industry. Business decision-making has brought a lot of trouble. This article analyzes the reasons for the negative inventory in the supermarket retail industry and finds a solution to the negative inventory so as to provide help for the business decision of the enterprise.
