对煤矿井下移动救生舱用LH型CO_2吸收剂的性能进行了研究。结果表明:LH型CO2吸收剂含水率≤0.50%,粉尘率≤2.0%,粒度范围在2mm~6mm占97.8%,吸收容量均值为0.82g/g,在低浓度CO_2的环境中,吸收速率仍然非常快;在10人型救生舱中,LH型吸收剂CO_2处理能力试验效果良好,能在持续通入5L/min CO_2的条件下,使初始浓度为1.00%的CO2在11 min内迅速下降至0.20%;救生舱真人试验96h,维持舱内CO_2气体的浓度在1%以下仅需LH型吸收剂16盒。
The performance of LH CO_2 absorber for mobile rescue capsule in coal mine was studied.
