《非物质文化遗产保护法》颁布已近一年,我国对非物质文化遗产的重视程度较十年前有了很大的提高,也做了很多保护工作。较之从前理论和实践上重技艺而轻仪式的习惯,笔者认为非物质文化遗产的内涵应当扩展,我国传统的婚礼和各地美食的制作方法也应成为非物质文化遗产而受到重视。此外,文章分析了已有的保护工作成果和保护现状,并提出来几点未来非遗保护工作的建议。
Nearly a year after the promulgation of the Law on the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage, China has made much greater emphasis on the intangible cultural heritage than it did 10 years ago and has done a great deal of protection. Compared with the traditional practice of heavy art and light ceremonies, the author believes that the connotation of the intangible cultural heritage should be expanded. The traditional wedding and the production methods of local delicacies should also be valued as intangible cultural heritages. In addition, the article analyzes the existing protection work and the status quo of protection, and puts forward some suggestions on future non-protection work.
