从日本归来,已近一月了。虽然工作繁忙,劳碌终日,无暇旁顾。但每当静下心来,在日本的所见所闻所思,却又常常在脑际萦迴,挥之不去。初到日本,步人成田机场,第一个感觉便是机场设施先进,工作人员彬彬有札。这种感觉与我们刚刚离开的北京机场,形成较大的反差。成田机场是一个吞吐量很大的国际机场,但旅客却没有拥挤感。自动走梯、自动电梯、各种服务设施,都是全天开放,不分昼夜。候机室还设有许多屏幕式的自动问讯台,由电子计算机操纵,用英、中、日、韩四种文字编制程序。只要不是文盲,即使不懂一句日本话,也可从问讯台上很方便地查到所提问题的答案,大大方便了旅客。机场的工作人员都面带笑容,服务主动,回答问题细致周
