炼油厂加热炉的自用燃料约占全厂能耗的60%左右。为了提高炉效,降低能耗,南京炼油厂和化工部兰州化机研究院、北京炼油设计研究院、第二炼油设计研究院一起,先后于5月16日至17日、6月5日至13日在我厂二套常减压蒸馏装置2~#常压炉上(2,500万千卡/时圆筒炉)进行了300公斤/时自然通风火嘴的标定和大能量 Y 型火嘴强制供风切圆燃烧的工业性试验,效果良好。结果见下表。
