本文采用自身配对设计,对16例胃癌组织GGT及其同工酶进行了生物化学研究,定量检测表明癌组织内GGT异常升高.其比活性(u/g蛋白)与远癌组(对照组)的差异有非常显著性意义(t=55.5.P<0.01)。组织GGT呈现多区带变化.胃癌组织GGT同工酶表现为加样原位活性明显增强,小分子同工酶区带(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)出现多、快速泳动的GGT—Ⅰ出现率较远癌组高(P<0.025)。酶组化证实远癌组GGT呈较淡的着色.而癌组织大多可见明显的GGT阳性物质。本文资料提示GGT可以作为胃癌的标志酶。
In this paper, biochemical studies of GGT and its isoenzymes in 16 gastric cancer tissues were performed using self-matching design. Quantitative detection showed elevated GGT in cancer tissues, specific activity (u/g protein) and distant cancer group (control group). The difference was significant (t=55.5.P<0.01). The organization GGT presents a multi-zone change. The GGT isoenzymes in gastric cancer tissues show marked enhancement of the in-situ activity of the sample addition, and the appearance of the GGT-I with a large number of small molecule isoenzyme bands (I, II) and rapid motility. The cancer group was high (P < 0.025). Enzymatic histochemistry confirmed that the GGT of the distal cancer group was lightly colored, while most of the cancerous tissues had obvious GGT positive substances. This article suggests that GGT can serve as a marker enzyme for gastric cancer.
