某企业ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)系统对数控机床监测提出了较高的要求:在数控系统PLC和机床之间截取信号,数据采集量大,更新ERP数据库迅速,实时性能要求高,采集过程中不能影响数控机床的正常工作.这里采用TI公司的TMS320LF2XXXA系列DSP芯片构建数据采集监控系统,信号预处理系统很好地实现了数控系统和数据采集系统的电平匹配和电气隔离,输出系统采用串行通讯和TCP/IP数据传输方式将数据写入ERP系统数据库,在现场取得了良好的效果.
