近年来,随着企业制度改革的不断深化,克拉玛依市井下作业公司内部组织结构和队伍结构发生了大幅调整,与此相对应的组织形式、利益关系和分配方式等也发生了深刻的变化,这给工会工作带来了前所未有的困难与挑战。在构建和谐企业过程中,基层工会把企业发展作为第一要务,激发基层工会组织活力,紧紧围绕企业安全生产和企业经济效益这个中心,充分发挥工会工作的桥梁和纽带作用。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the reform of the enterprise system, the internal organizational structure and team structure of the underground operation company in Karamay City have undergone drastic changes.
