早期的80C31微控制器产品已经停产淘汰,采用该控制器的火箭弹也面临着停产风险。首先对80C31微控制器和AT89S8253微控制器的特点进行了分析和对比,提出了采用AT89S8253微控制器替代原有引信核心器件的技术方案,分析并解决了技术方案中硬件和软件的兼容性问题。详细的功能测试和性能验证表明:本技术方案有效地解决了核心器件停产所带来的问题。
Early 80C31 microcontroller products have been discontinued, the rocket using the controller is also facing the risk of discontinuation. First of all, the characteristics of 80C31 microcontroller and AT89S8253 microcontroller are analyzed and compared, and the technical scheme of using AT89S8253 microcontroller to replace the original fuze core device is proposed. The compatibility and compatibility of hardware and software in the technical solution are analyzed and solved . The detailed function test and performance verification show that the technical solution effectively solves the problems caused by the shutdown of the core device.
