本文阐述z12V190B型高速柴油机连杆静态应力测量问题,提出了实测应力的修正方法。通过分析测量结果,指出:①连杆杆身“工”字形的不对称性对应力的影响极大;②连杆断裂的根本原因是结构设计不合理;③在最大拉伸负荷作用角内的连杆小头内外边界,平面有限元计算应力与实测应力存在很大的差异,以及产生差异的原因。
This paper describes the static stress measurement of the connecting rod of z12V190B high-speed diesel engine, and proposes the correction method of measured stress. By analyzing the measurement results, it is pointed out that: ① the asymmetry of the “work” shape of the connecting rod shaft has a great influence on the stress; ② the fundamental reason of the connecting rod fracture is the unreasonable structural design; ③ in the angle of maximum tensile load The inner and outer boundaries of the small head of the connecting rod have great differences between the calculated stress of the plane finite element and the measured stress and the reasons for the difference.
