2003年,本刊曾就作文专任教师的设立,刊发过刘德斌老师的文章。作为一种设想,令编者为之一振,这也许是作文教学走出困境的希望之举。今天湖南岳阳饶村中学这么一所农村中学迈出了可喜且珍贵的一步。尽管操作中的粗疏、计划中的不周在所难免,但迈出可贵的一步,是在求证一个希望的实现。作文教学不缺理论,缺乏的是法,缺乏的是对提升学生人文素养本质的洞察。作文物化形态的歧义化,作文评价的主观化,使作文成为不可捉摸的模糊性存在。教学、学习功利化的逼迫,使师生特别是作为主动者的老师忍痛甚至违背良心地疏远之甚至舍之。但愿饶村中学成为作文教改的“小岗村”,引燃作文教学“改革开放”的熊熊烈火。
In 2003, the journal published an article on Liu Debin’s teacher regarding the establishment of a full-time teacher of composition. As an idea, the editors are encouraged. This may be a hopeful move in composition teaching. Today Hunan Yueyang RaoCun Middle School has taken a welcome and precious step in such a rural middle school. Although the rough operation and poor planning are inevitable, a precious step is to verify the realization of a hope. There is no lack of theory in composition teaching, what is lacking is law, what is lacking is the insight into the essence of improving students’ humanistic qualities. For the ambiguity of cultural materialization and the subjectivization of composition evaluation, the composition becomes an elusive ambiguity. The teaching and learning of utilitarian persecution make teachers and students, especially as active teachers, reluctant to even evade conscience or even give up. It is hoped that RaoCun Middle School will become a “Xiaogang Village” for composition and education reform, which will ignite the raging fire of composition education “reform and opening up”.
