1基本情况1.1区域概况连云港古称郁洲、海州,位于我国沿海东部,介于东经118°24′～119°48′、北纬33°59′～35°07′之间,为新亚欧大陆桥东桥头堡,是一座国际性的港口工业城市和现代化的滨海旅游城市。东与朝、韩、日隔海相望;北与山东省毗邻;西、南与徐州、宿迁、淮安、盐城四市接壤。市境地势由西北向东南倾斜,地形以平原为主,兼有丘陵、山地、河库、洼地、滩涂等。境内山脉主要属沂蒙山余脉,绵亘近300km,有大小山峰200余座,其中南云台主峰玉女峰海拔625.3m,为江苏省内最高峰。
