作者对40例肾移植患者进行了肾脏MRI研究。男26例,女14例。年龄11~62岁。MRI在术后4天内进行32例,4~7天4例,1周后4例。其中29例在首次MR1几天至1年后作了MRI随访,1次24例,2次3例,3和4次各1例。用0.5T超导系统,层厚10mm进行冠状T_1加权SE(TR/TE=300/15~17)和T_2(TR/TE=1500/90~240)加权SE成象。T_1加权象估价皮髓质差别(CMD)的完整性,并分为良好、满意和不良。77次中33
The authors performed kidney MRI studies on 40 renal transplant patients. 26 males and 14 females. Age 11 to 62 years old. There were 32 cases within 4 days after operation, 4 cases between 4 and 7 days after operation, and 4 cases after 1 week. Of the 29 patients, MRI was performed in the first few days to one year after the first MR1. There were 24 cases in 1 case, 3 cases in 2 cases and 1 case in 3 and 4 cases. T-weighted SE (TR / TE = 300 / 15-17) and T 2 (TR / TE = 1500 / 90-240) weighted SE imaging were performed with a 0.5T superconducting system and a layer thickness of 10mm.
