本文以我二十年的数学教学实践为基础,并结合近几年教授新课程的理论和实践经验,从思想观念、课堂结构、课堂提问及教学方法四个方面阐述了优化课堂教学设计的一些技巧。指出优化课堂设计必先优化教学思想,因为教学思想是教学行为先导,要关注学生的主体参与性,激发起学生的求知欲需要,同时还要求在课堂结构课堂提问、教学方法等方面进行细致地设计,抓住教学的每个细节,充分调动学生的积极性,从而达到我们的教育目的,提高教学质量。
Based on my twenty years of teaching practice in mathematics, combined with the theoretical and practical experience of teaching new courses in recent years, this article elaborates some of the aspects of optimizing classroom teaching design from the aspects of ideology, classroom structure, classroom questions and teaching methods skill. It points out that to optimize the classroom design, we must first optimize the teaching thought, because the teaching thought is the guide of teaching behavior, we should pay attention to the students 'main body participation and stimulate the students' curiosity needs. At the same time, we also need to carefully study the questions, teaching methods and so on Design, grasp every detail of teaching, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, so as to achieve our educational goals and improve the quality of teaching.
